Over the years we have had several jobs done by Solid Renovations. The first job was the replacement of fascia board and replacing of roof shingles. I was impressed at how close the color was matched considering our house was over 30 years old.
The second job was the tightening of our iron railings on our front porch. This railing has never leaned and re-adjusted since. A quality work done by the carpenter.
The third job was the replacement of our screen door which has functioned well since its installment.
The fourth job was the re-grouting of our kitchen tile. I was impressed by the quality & efficiency of the work promptly done. About a month after, we submitted a hairline crack appeared in the grout counter tops. I was replaced without fees and no after cost to me.
The fifth job was the replacement of our roof shingles. The other shingles had 30 years old since the first job was done so we had Solid Renovations do the roof again.

I have delt with solid renovation for many years. This has included a shelter in the back yard and deck was newly completed. A new rug added in the living room which continues to the 2nd flr. The kitchen was got in with a new sink and cubbard was changed and the basement was retiled and painted, this made the basement much better.

Following are remarks regarding projects at my home under the supervision of Nick Canto and Solid Renovations in
Markham. After dealing with Nick on several occasions, I feel qualified to remark on my confidence in him in the
handling of many varied situations.
My kitchen and bathroom were both totally renovated and the floors throughout the main floor were replaced.
New windows were installed throughout the house.
Recently, the roof was replaced along with new eavestrough and connecting aluminum work and an awning. Insulation of the house was handled efficiently with no resulting inconvenience.
Stonework was installed on the full driveway as well as sidewalks across the front of the house and along one side, as well as a full patio at the back of the house.
A new garage door was installed as well as a back door on the garage. As a result of the above, it cannot be denied that I have full confidence in Solid Renovations and Nick Canto. I have recommended the service to family and friends who have been impressed with the work they have had done as a result.
